Photo Story Friday: 366, Week 2

Day 6: Doggie Delight. Here is a scene following dinner last Friday. The dogs were actually sitting outside at the time this photo was taken, waiting to dash in and scarf up the baby's dinner remnants from the floor.

Day 7: Sisters. My heart soars when the girls play together. Right now their favorite game it to chase one another on all fours. I hear a LOT of giggling when this happens. The girls enjoyed the mall play area last Saturday.

Day 8: Teeth and a giggle. How do you get your 10 month old to show her teeth? (#2 had just popped up on Sunday.) You tickle and tickle her until you get a good tooth/teeth shot. Today is a bonus day with teeth and a giggle. (I could not choose just one!)

Day 9: Orthodox church. I was driving to work on Monday morning as the sun was coming up, and I decided to check out the Orthodox church that I passed every day on my commute. I found out it was a Ukrainian Orthodox church. The sun was just hitting the top of the roof. I got this one shot, and my camera battery died.

Day 10: An evening outside. It was so warm (and still no snow!) on Tuesday evening that the girls and I headed into the backyard to play before the sun finished setting. We loved the pink trail left by a jet.

Day 11: Ballet. Wednesday was Delia's first ballet class. I was all set to take photos of her in action, but sadly the parents were not allowed to stay in class. A photo of ballet shoes is not as pretty as a photo of Delia, but it will do.

Day 12: The library. It is my favorite room in the house...a fireplace, two comfy chairs, a loveseat, and rows and rows of books...my sanctuary.

That's it for this week. Happy Friday!!

I'm coveting your bookshelves and the nice lighting you have in your "library". My bookshelves are ok but they're dark and so is my basement so it's not very sanctuary-like....more dungeon-like :)

Can I live in your library?

LOVE these shots! My dog has turned out to be a very finicky floor cleaner upper. It drives me nuts. Aren't all dogs supposed to clean up after kids meals? :)
